Terms of Service

AutoTraction is a marketing platform for solo founders. It drafts content, publishes to accounts you connect, tracks results on your own site, helps with launches, and runs outreach, always within what you have reviewed and authorized. It is software that does marketing work with you, not an agency and not legal or financial advice.

Paid features run on credits. Credits are prepaid usage of the service, not currency: they have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and are consumed when you use credit-priced features. Purchases are handled by Stripe.

You own your content: your brand inputs, the drafts we generate for you, and everything you publish. You also own your connected accounts; we act on them only with the access you granted and you can revoke that access at any time. We need a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service, and nothing more.

• No spam. Send outreach only to people you have a legitimate basis to contact.
• Outreach must comply with applicable law, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR: truthful sender identity, a working way to opt out, and honoring opt-outs.
• Respect the rules of every platform you connect (Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit and others). If a platform forbids it, do not do it through AutoTraction.
• No illegal content, deception, or harassment.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Marketing outcomes depend on your product, your market, and luck. We do not guarantee traffic, signups, revenue, or any other result. The service is provided as is; to the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

You can stop using AutoTraction and delete your account at any time; unused credits lapse when the account closes. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
